WhatsApp Messaging Policy

Entourage uses the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) to communicate with customers in full compliance with WhatsApp policies.
1. User Opt-In & Consent
We only message users who have explicitly opted in.
Opt-in methods include:
- Direct customer inquiries via WhatsApp
- Website contact forms
- Existing customer relationships
We never message users without consent.
2. Message Types
We send only the following types of messages:
- Customer support responses
- Transactional and service-related updates
- Important account or service notifications
We do not send:
- Promotional spam
- Adult or prohibited content
- Political or misleading messages
3. Message Frequency
Messages are sent only when necessary and relevant to the user’s request or service.
4. Opt-Out
Users can opt out at any time by replying:
STOP
Once opted out, no further messages will be sent.
5. Compliance
We strictly comply with:
- WhatsApp Business Terms of Service
- WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy
- Meta Platform Policies
Any violation may result in account suspension.
